We call our employees "Team Members" because we all work together as a Team to make all of our Celebration Station locations the best Family Fun Centers in the nation. We are particular as to whom we hire. Our standards are high, and we expect a lot from our Team Members, but the rewards are worth it! Before you fill out the Application For Employment, take a look at a few of our requirements and expectations:

• You might be scheduled for any shift. Sometimes you won't get home until late in the evening.
• You must have access to reliable transportation and be available to work the hours scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You will probably be asked to clean windows, rest rooms, carpets and equipment.
• You must abide by the Celebration Station "Look" which partially includes:
  • No visible tatoos
  • Neatly trimmed hair
  • Neat makeup
  • Clean and trimmed fingernails
  • No heavy cologne or perfume
  • No beards or long sideburns
  • No extravagant jewelry
  • Clean uniforms
  • Name tags and hats
  • No mirrored sunglasses
  • Tennis shoes that are all black, all white, or a combination
  • Proper undergarments
• Whenever you are in uniform, you must always focus on guest service and safety, greet every guest with a smile, look every guest in the eyes and offer to help, and thank every guest and invite them back.
• You must interact with the guests and give the impression that they are very important to Celebration Station -- which is absolutely correct.
